kladkakka (real chocolate)

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2.5 dl caster sugar
  • 0.75 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 dl wheat flour


  1. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave

  2. Grease a round shape with a removable edge about 24 cm in diameter.

  3. Add eggs, sugar and salt to the chocolate batter. Whisk to a smooth batter.

  4. Add the wheat flour and beat until smooth.

  5. Pour the batter into the mold and bake in the lower part of the oven at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes. The cake is ready when the middle of the cake swings if you bump into it a little.

  6. Allow to cool and solidify first at room temperature and then in the refrigerator.
