Garlic and Wine Season Everything Seasoning

an improvement on Melting Pot’s Garlic and Wine seasoning they have on the table like salt

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 tsp sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dried Rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp. savory
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 2 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp mace
  • 1 bottle of white wine

Directions

  1. Boil wine until it reduces as much as possible without burning

  2. Stir in spices

  3. Bake on lowest setting of the oven until dry (careful not to burn) or put in freeze dryer if one is available

  4. Store in spice jars or other sealable container

  5. Use on EVERYTHING
