Fluff Bisquick Muffins

As a substitute for self-rising flour, place 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt in measuring cup. Add all-purpose flour to equal one cup.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk (no substitution)

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix flour and mayo together until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  2. Add milk, stir just until mixed.

  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
