Better Than Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Milk

Directions

  1. Boil chicken until done. Drain and reserve 2 cup of the broth. Allow chicken to cool and shred.

  2. Mix 1 cup broth with soup.

  3. Pour butter in casserole dish.

  4. Spread shredded chicken over butter, season to taste.

  5. Spread soup mixture over chicken.

  6. Mix flour and milk together and pour over top of chicken.

  7. Bake at 375 until golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes.
