Gaps Green Tea Lemonade

Green tea contains L-theanine which is a primary amino acid that has been shown to reduce high anxiety and stress.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 6 green tea bags
  • 2 cups lemonade or more according to taste
  • filtered water

Directions

  1. Put tea bags in glass pitcher or 1 quart container. Pour hot water over tea and allow to steep for about 10 minutes.

  2. Take the tea bags out making sure you squeeze all the liquid out.

  3. Combine the steeped tea and 2 cups of lemonade in a pitcher or a 67 oz glass bottle and enough filtered water to fill the pitcher or whatever container you are using.

  4. 4 If more lemonade is needed, you can add more, making sure you have more green tea than lemonade. Remember lemonade contains sugar.
