Gluten-free Bread Pudding

Serves 9 people

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • dash salt
  • 6 slices, cinnamon bread

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 and grease an 8×8 baking pan. Set aside. Cut bread into 1/2" cubes and place them in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Add butter and sugar together in a large bowl. Stir in milk and eggs until mixed well add a dash of salt. Mix in bread and pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out nearly clean.
