Gluten-free Pineapple & Strawberry Crisp

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1-1/2 pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • Mix
  • 1-1/4 cup oats, soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour, coconut preferably
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 T. butter, chilled cut into squares

Directions

  1. Mix the fruit and sugar and put into a pie pan or square pan and set aside.

  2. Mix the flour, butter, sugar well. Add the pecans and pour over fruit.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven, 375F for about 45-60
