cherry mashers

Ingredients

  • 24 ounce chocolate almond bark
  • 1 bag milk chocolate chips
  • 2 1/2 C salted dry roasted peanuts-finely chopped
  • shape mashers into round pretty balls
  • Melt in double boiler
  • Dip balls in chocolate
  • Put on another tray
  • Sprinkles on top every few as you go so they stay
  • Refrigerate again
  • 10 ounces well drained marachino cherries-chopped fairly small-set aside
  • 4 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • 6 T soft butter
  • 3 T sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • blend 2-3 minutes til light and fluffy
  • use 3/4 ounce scoop
  • put on parchment paper and chill-1-2 hours
