Mixed Fruit in Raw Milk Yogurt Sauce

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 4 whole clementines or mandarin oranges (also called Cuties or Easy Peelers)
  • 2 whole apples - cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 cups strawberries - hulled and cut into halves or fourths, depending on the size of the strawberries
  • 1 cup red grapes - sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup raw milk yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Peel the clementines or mandarin oranges and separate them into segments. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruit.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and honey until well combined.
  3. Gently pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and fold everything together.
  4. Serve immediately.
