Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup probiotic sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple cubed
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey, optional

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well
