Grilled Pastured Chicken

Note: the marinate for this chicken can be used as a dressing for salads

Serves 5 people
Ingredients
- 1 whole pastured chicken
- Marinate:
- 2 Tablespoons Crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil. can add more olive oil if too vinegary
Directions

Cut-up the chicken and salt it. Put chicken in a bowl and pour 1/2 cup of marinate or more if desired.

Allowed to marinate at least for 4 hours or overnight.

Preheat your grill and cook.
