Ingredients

  • 14 oz creamed coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 probiotic capsules (used capsules from Custom Probiotics)

Directions

  1. Mix water and coconut milk, mix in 2 capsules of good quality probiotic capsules

  2. Put in a light oven or warm place for 24 to 72 hours
