- 14 oz creamed coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 probiotic capsules (used capsules from Custom Probiotics)
Directions

Mix water and coconut milk, mix in 2 capsules of good quality probiotic capsules

Put in a light oven or warm place for 24 to 72 hours
