Collagen Broth

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken feet
  • Enough water to cover the feet
  • Bay leaves
  • Green and black pepper corns
  • Baja Gold sea salt

Directions

  1. I blanched 5 minutes, to get impurities out and lower uric acid.
  2. Then simmered with bay leaves, Baja Gold sea salt, green and black peppercorns for 3 hours.
  3. Chicken feet are from local farmers co-up, pastured, organic. It had no scum. Very clear and delicate tasting broth.
