Ingredients
- 1 pound beef tips (Stew Meat)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Low Sodium Beef Broth (can use more if you like more gravy)
- 1 Box Sliced Mushrooms (optional)
- 1 package Brown Gravy Mix (low sodium)
- 1 package Beefy Onion Soup Mix (I used Mushroom Onion Soup Mix)
- Onion Powder
- Pepper
- Cooked Rice (I use Minute Rice with some frozen Peas & Carrots added)
Directions

Pour Olive Oil in Instapot.

Sauté Beef in bottom or pot. Brown meat and add Onion Powder to taste. I added the optional sliced mushrooms at this time.

Mix and Cover. Pressure Cook for 20 minutes. Allow to “Natural Release” for 5 minutes, then Remove Beef Tips.

Add Brown Gravy Mix. Add Onion Soup Mix. Stir.

Set Sauté for 15 minutes UNCOVERED.

Add Beef Tips back in. Cover and set cooker to “Keep Warm”.

Serve over Rice.
