(from cokerlj’s recipe box)

Pretty good. I got some really small looking flats and drums and following the recommended time, they were a little dry.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Clean and fry the chicken. Toss into a large zip lock baggie.

  2. Add Olive oil…kind of smush chicken around with olive oil to coat chicken well.

  3. Add ALL the spices to the baggie with chicken and oil. Smush chicken, oil, and spices around in the baggie to coal all the individual pieces of chicken.

  4. Seal up the baggie and place in refrigerator for at least an hour to even overnight.

  5. Lay your wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 360 degrees.

  6. Flip wings and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 360 degrees.

  7. Remove wings from the air fryer basket.

  8. Serve while hot with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
