Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 8 oz grated smoked mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- 1 packet of dry vegetable soup
- salt and pepper to taste if desired
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing to incorporate cheeses well.

Lightly grease a glass baking dish (I used an 8" square baking dish).

Transfer mixture to prepared dish and bake in oven until bubbly, at least 30 minutes.

OPTIONAL: can top the mixture with mozzarella cheese and bake until bubbly and browned. May also be good with some seasoned breadcrumbs added on top at the end of the bake to toast.
