  • minced ginger
  • sambal oelek
  • naturally brewed dark soy sauce
  • sugar
  • naturally brewed rice vinegar
  • cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water for a slurry
  • Grapeseed or canola oil for cooking
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
