  • Spaghetti Squash
  • olive oil
  • Raw Squeeze Sauce
  • cashews
  • water
  • nutritional yeast
  • dry mustard
  • turmeric
  • paprika
  • sesame seeds or tahini
  • miso paste
  • large or 2-3 small cloves of garlic
  • sea salt to taste

Servings for 20 would be 15 potatoes.
