6/24/2012 – This was very good. Used my Queen of Hearts Raspberry Vinegar that I bought from Cheshire Gardens (Wincester, New Hampshire) online.
You might need to buy:
- Dijon mustard
- honey
- raspberry wine vinegar
- light olive oil or grape seed oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
I like to slice ripe tomatoes, dip them in the dressing, put them on a slice of toasted baguette, top with a bit of freshly grated parm or grated mozzarella.
