- .3 cup olive oil
- leaks coarsely choppedc
- celery. coarsely chopped
- teaspeoon thyme
- marjoram
- bay leaf
- pepper to taste
- cooked kidney beans
- cooked garbanzo beans
- string beast cut into 1 inch pieces
- grated cheese
