You might need to buy:
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • lemon juice
  • prepared mustard
  • dark brown sugar
  • medium sized pork chops about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
  • cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp. cold water
  • enough water to bring reserved juice to one cup

(acually I found my cans contained more oz’s, so I added about 1/4 cup more rice)

ready in about 25 minutes; serves 8
