Cranberry-Yam Bake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick of butter / margarine
  • 2 17oz cans yams (drained)
  • 1 can whole cranberries

Directions

  1. Mix topping dry ingredients (flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon).

  2. Cut in margarine/butter to make crumb mixture.

  3. Mix 1 cup crumb mixture with yams and cranberries.

  4. Pour into casserole dish and cover with remainder of crumb mixture

  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
