Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashion oatmeal uncooked
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Splenda

Directions

  1. Blend all in blender.

  2. Use 1/4 cup to pour pancakes
