Beverly Hills Cafe Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Accent to taste, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 3 tablespoons diced celery
  • 3 tablespoons diced bell pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place the ground beef in a bowl and break into small pieces. Add eggs, horseradish, tomato sauce, dry mustard, salt, pepper, Accent and garlic. Mix well. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well. Add the onions, celery and bell pepper and mix until incorporated.

  2. Pat into two loaf pans, pressing down to make the meat even. Cover with foil and bake until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center of each loaf reads 165 degrees.
