Ingredients
- • 1 bundle celery
- • 1-1 1/2 lbs. sharp cheddar cheese grated very fine
- • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- • 1 small bottle old English cheese spread
- • 1 cup salad dressing (miracle whip) not mayonnaise
- • 2 Tablespoons onion, chopped very fine (if using dehydrated 1 1/2 Tablespoon)
- • salt and pepper to taste
- • garlic salt to taste
- • 1/4 cup ketchup
- • 1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let stand for a few hours. Wash and cut celery into pieced about 2-3 inches long. Spread cheese in to nooks of the celery. Serve.
