Ingredients
- • 6-8 potatoes, diced
- • 5 carrots, diced
- • 5 celery sticks, diced
- • 1/2 onion, chopped
- • 1 lb hamburger or stew meat
Directions

Brown hamburger and onion together. Keep grease in pot. Put vegetables in pot and put in enough water to cover vegetables. Put a coupe of bouillon cubes (beef) in it. Let it boil, then turn to simmer for about one hour or until vegetables are done.
