Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chipotle chile powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb ground round
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 Kaiser rolls
  • 1 1/3 cups Tequila Spiked Salsa
  • Tequila-Spiked Salsa:
  • 2 cups chopped seeded tomoato
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 cup chopped peeled avocado
  • 2 tblsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsps tequila
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.

  2. Combine chile powder, salt and beef. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each portion into a 1/2-inch patty.

  3. Place patties on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until done. Place rolls, cut sides down, on grill rack; grill 1 minute or until toasted. Place 1 patty on bottom half of each roll, top each serving with 1/3 cup Tequila-Spiked Salsa and top half of roll.
