Shepherd’s Pie – Good

Ingredients

  • 9 potatoes skinned and cubed
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 6 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 tbs chopped parsley
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 15 oz green beans, drained
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 3 tbs water

Directions

  1. e-heat oven to 350.

  2. Boil potatoes in water 15 minutes, meanwhile brown the meat and drain the excess fat.

  3. Add to ground beef: tomato sauce, parsley, W. sauce, salt, pepper, and greenbeans.

  4. In a separate bowl add flour and water together and stir in beef.

  5. Drain and mash potatoes, spread over beef mixture. Place 2-3 vent holes on top.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes brushing milk over top of the potatoes for last 5 minutes.
