Penne Tomato and Mozzerella

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Penne pasta (I substituted with food storage tri-colored mix pasta)
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 box tiny tomatoes... what are they called again? <edit: cherry tomatoes>
  • 1 package small mozzarella balls (found by the deli in most stores)
  • olive oil to taste (perhaps two tbsp)
  • salt and cracked pepper to taste (perhaps one tsp each)

Directions

  1. Cook and drain pasta according to box directions

  2. drain mozzarella balls and add to pasta

  3. drain canned olives and add to pasta

  4. slice tomatoes length wise and add to pasta

  5. drizzle olive oil over pasta and toss

  6. add salt and pepper
