Cheese Ball

This is a very easy and impressive cheese ball…it is mild…tastes like gourmet deli!
Makes 2 balls…one for now…one for later!!
Serve with crackers.
Will keep well for a couple of weeks.

Ingredients

  • 2 each 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 each 16 ounce package Velveeta cheese
  • 1 package Knorr brand dry vegetable soup mix
  • Pecans, as needed, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Grate cheeses and cream together well. (make sure cheeses are well chilled)

  2. Add soup mix.

  3. Divide into 2 equal balls.

  4. Roll into chopped pecans.

  5. Store in plastic bag in refrigerator at least over night.
