I’ve made changes to the original recipe making this my own.

You might need to buy:
  • garlic minced
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt
  • finely minced fresh Italian Parsley
  • finely minced fresh oregano
  • julienned fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil
  • freshly grated Parmesan
  • Crusty bread

You can use any food dye to dye. You can use commercial PAAS Dyes or Wilton Icing colors or concentrated gels work great but use sparingly. If you want a more pastel color and use boiling water instead of cold water.

You might need to buy:
  • large hard boiled eggs
  • cold water
  • vinegar for each color you are using
  • -
  • Then use Deviled Egg recipe for the yolks in this book.
