Cream Cheese Sandwich Spread or Celery Stuffing

A spread for finger sandwiches, stuffed celery, crackers.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed pineapple
- 2 teaspoons celery finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- salt, to taste
Directions

Mix together.

Spread on bread and cut into “finger” sandwiches.

OR fill celery sticks with this as a filling.
