Shrimp Dip Harris

When I tire of my Shrimp Dip Dr.Pepper, I switch to this one. (The “Harris” part of this title comes from the lady that gave me this.)
Serve with crackers or chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 can shrimp, rinsed, drained
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • dash seasoning salt

Directions

  1. Finely chop 1/2 can of shrimp, reserving remainder (fresh, cooked or frozen is much better)

  2. Mix together chopped shrimp with all other ingredients. Fold in reserved whole shrimp.

  3. Chill 24 hours.
