Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons margarine melted
  • 1 cup pecans whole or broken pieces
  • 1 unbaked 10 inch pastry crust

Directions

  1. Tip: I use the Pillsbury Already Made Pastry Crust, closest thing to made from scratch.

  2. Put pecans in the bottom of your unbaked 10 inch pastry shell.

  3. Beat eggs until foamy.

  4. Add eggs, sugar, Karo, vanilla and margarine, continuing to mix with mixer until well incorporated.

  5. Pour over pecans in the pie plate.

  6. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
