South Beach Green Goddess Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 ounce chopped anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 Tbs white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, anchovies, parsley, scallions, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and pepper and mix well. Place in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve. (Keeps covered in the refrigerator for 1 week).
