Orange-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

Directions

  1. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over high heat until hot.

  3. Add fish, and cook, uncovered, 3 minutes on each side.

  4. Cover and cook 3 additional minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

  5. Remove from skillet; set aside, and keep warm.

  6. Add soy sauce and orange juice to skillet; cook over high heat 1 minute, stirring to deglaze skillet.

  7. Add oil, and stir well.

  8. Pour sauce over fish, and serve immediately.
