Grilled Honey-Balsamic Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon steaks

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; brush mixture over fish.

  2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350-400 degrees)

  3. Place fish on rack; grill covered, 2 to 3 mintes on each side
