Hot Beef and Pepper Rolls

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced lean roast beef, cut into strips
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 steak rolls
  • Mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot.

  2. Add meat, peppers, and onion; saute until meat is hot and onion is tender.

  3. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto botton halves of rolls.

  4. Add cheese if desired.
