Grain Free Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond slices
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 8 pitted dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. I want it now:

  2. Preheat oven to 250° F

  3. Add the dates to a food processor and puree until smooth

  4. Add the nuts, seeds, coconut and cinnamon and pulse until coarsely chopped and well mixed

  5. Spread mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet

  6. Bake at 250° F for about 45 minutes
