Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, any color, chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 6 oz plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 sliced almonds

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together chicken, celery, bell pepper, cheese, soup, yogurt, green onion, lemon juice, and pepper; transfer to a 2 qt baking dish

  2. Stir together corn flakes and almonds; sprinkly over chicken mixture

  3. Bake at 400 for 30 min; let stand 10 min before serving
