California Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bag California blend frozen veggies, thawed
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 oz Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Place veggies in a greased 8 in square dish. Sauté celery and onion in butter until soft

  2. Stir mayo into veggies and coat evenly
  3. Mix in all remaining ingredients including celery and onion mixture
  4. Cover dish and bake at 350 for 40 min; uncover and bake 5-10 min longer until brown and bubbly
