Chicken Skillet Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cut
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 16 oz frozen California mix vegetables
  • 1 cup jarred Alfredo sauce
  • parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Sautè chicken and onion in olive oil over medium heat

  2. Place vegetables in a microwave safe dish wit 1-2 tbsp water; cover and cook on high for 7 min until tender; drain

  3. Add veggies to chicken; stir in Alfredo sauce and heat through

  4. Top with Parmesan cheese
