Ingredients

  • 1 sm potato, peeled dived small
  • 1 cup leek whites washed and sliced
  • 1 pear, cored peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp honey or mapel syrup

Directions

  1. Steam potato and leeks until tenser. 6-7 min. Add pear for last 2-3 min. Drain all but 1 cup.

  2. Blend with syrup adding broth for consistancy.
