Monkey Bread

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • pecans
  • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 18-20 frozen rhode's dinner rolls dough
  • 1/2 package (small box) butterscotch pudding

Directions

  1. Grease bundt pan heavily with butter

  2. Cover bottom of pan with pecans

  3. Place frozen dough rolls in pan

  4. Sprinkle pudding over rolls

  5. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon; pour over rolls

  6. Cover with plastic wrap and let the rolls rise over night

  7. Bake at 350 F for 30 min; cool at least 5 min before serving
