Chicken, broccoli & Almond Frittata

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 cooked, diced chicken breast
  • 2/3 (1 package) sliced almonds
  • 1/2c standard cottage cheese

Directions

  1. beat eggs together

  2. add salt and pepper to taste

  3. add remaining ingredients

  4. pour into greased glass frittata/pie pan

  5. bake at 350 45 – 55 minutes until done

  6. cool and refrigerate – lasts several days

  7. cut into 8 slices
