Ingredients

  • 1 med head cauliflower
  • 1T full cream cheese
  • 1/2t minced garlic
  • 1/8t straight chicken stock
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2t chopped fresh or dried chives
  • 3T unsalted butter

Directions

  1. steam cauliflower til well softened

  2. mash together with remainder of ingredients
