Oven “Fried” Fish

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish (cod, tilapia, etc)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp dillweed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp melted margarine/butter OR olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix Parmesan cheese and seasonings (overestimate seasonings)

  2. Dip fish in milk, then dredge through cheese mixture; place in an ungreased 9×13 pan

  3. Drizzle with oil; bake at 500F for 10-15 min until fish flakes easily with a fork
