PLB Turkeyburgers

  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1/8 cup of minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning
  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of crushed stuffing mix
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 bottle of Ms Patti's Agave Mesquite BBQ Sauce - Buy Here
  • 6 toasted hamburger buns
  • Lettuce and Tomato optional


  1. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat

  2. a. Add the onions, parsley and poultry seasoning and sauté for 3 minutes or until the onions are soft. Remove from heat

  3. Place the turkey in a mixing bowl and add the egg white, squeeze to blend. Add the cranberries, stuffing mix and onion mix-using your hands to mix well. Mix in the salt and pepper to taste, and about 2 tablespoons of Agave Mesquite BBQ Sauce

  4. Form 6 patties of equal size

  5. Heat a grill pan coated with the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil over medium-high heat

  6. Place patties in pan and cook 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. (Careful not to overcook as Turkey Burger may become very dry)

  7. Place Turkey Burgers on toasted hamburger buns, spread with Agave Mesquite BBQ Sauce and top with Lettuce and Tomato
