Asian Chicken Salad

  • Spinach
  • Mandarin Oranges
  • Chicken (Marinate in Cayenne, Ginger and Soy)
  • Crushed Peanuts
  • Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti Noodles
  • Soy Sauce
  • Peanut Sauce
  • Asian Salad Dressing


  1. Put together Spinach, Mandarin Oranges

  2. After marinating chicken, bake and slice for salad, put into salad bowl

  3. Boil noodles and toss in soy sauce and put into salad bowl

  4. Top salad with crushed peanuts and a light bit of peanut sauce after salad dressing
