Bisquick Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine softened
  • 1 egg
  • -
  • FILLING:
  • 1 3 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream chilled
  • -
  • TOPPING:
  • Assorted fruit: peaches, bananas, kiwi, strawberries, mandarin orange segments, grapes, etc.
  • -
  • GLAZE:
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly melted

Directions

  1. CRUST: Mix Bisquick and 1/3 cup sugar, cut in margarine until crumbly.

  2. Mix in egg until a soft dough forms. Pat dough into a 12 inch pizza pan.

  3. Bake until edges just begin to brown, 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

  4. FILLING: Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and the vanilla in small bowl on low speed until smooth.

  5. Beat in whipping cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of rim.

  6. TOPPING: Arrange assorted fruits decoratively on top. Bananas, kiwi, strawberries, peaches, grapes, mandarin orange segments, etc.

  7. GLAZE: Brush with melted apple jelly. Easy way to melt jelly is about 20 seconds in the microwave.

  8. Chill
